We start with a 90-minute intake session covering your current professional and physical performance, where the gaps are, and what the next 90 days need to look like. DISC profiling is completed before this session.
60-minute structured sessions every two weeks. Performance review against your 90-day plan, direct feedback, and recalibration where needed. In person on the Gold Coast or via video.
Between sessions, a brief weekly written check-in — what you committed to, what you did, what got in the way. No lengthy reporting. One paragraph. Keeps you honest between sessions.
